Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu—
May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

Liz Beres shared this mantra with us yesterday in her piece on the intersection of self-awareness and service to others. This week, we offer this mantra as a way of continuing this conversation.

How do you see your thoughts, words, or actions as contributing to the happiness and freedom of others? How does the interconnectivity of living beings manifest itself in your daily life? How do you balance both the need for internal self-study and external focus and service?
